Norman Park Property Makeover

Located in the desirable Brisbane suburb of Norman Park, the owners of this property had decided to move to another property not too far away.

Before selling, the owners wanted to undertake some improvements to increase the overall value of the property.

Ellis & Co were referred by one of our agents (Place Bulimba) and promptly engaged to assess the property and provide advice in coordination with both agent and owner about the type of improvements that could be done which would increase the value of the property.

Simon and his network of trades then delivered the makeover. For this makeover we took care of the internal works which were completed to improve the interior look and feel of the home in partnership with one of our styling partners to attract a higher sale price.
